I listened to the first pheromone course

Today I went to work by train and I listened to the first pheromone course CD while travelling. Released on another person. I noticed that I need to do this on more people than I though in the beginning. Still the throat/chest issue, although it was somewhat less. Repeated my goals with pheromone attraction. When I walked around at work I felt really happy. Smiling a lot, saying hello to strangers I met in the staircase. Even happily greeting somewhat unknown co-workers. When I went back home I tried listening to the second CD but I fell asleep. The smiling thing got me thinking. During the past few weeks I remember myself being happier by increasing my natural pheromone production. Normally I didn’t smile at all when I was alone. But it’s transforming. Every now and then when I’m sitting behind my computer I’m laughing at jokes on IRC, emails I get and even at my own random thoughts. It feels great to use scented pheromones. Today I listened to pheromone attraction disc 13 on the train. It was pretty good, although I didn’t have the type of relation to release on so I just chose a girl I like. I also repeated track 7 from disc 12. The releasing on people. Didn’t know certain people gave me the kind of feelings I felt. It was kind of strong and again the throat choke popped up. Didn’t have much trouble on the chest though. I also noticed my jaws were kind of tensed. When I released on that, the feeling in my throat went away a bit. Going to experiment some more with those pheromones on that tomorrow. Somehow I’ve been lightening up at work a bit more too. Greeting people a lot more, being a bit more assertive and shit like that. I even gave commands to one of the managers, which she obeyed. Cool pheromones for sure. The next step in this will be the famous ‘approaches’. On a normal day out, I approach 0 to 5 people. Depends on how I feel. But I want to be able to always approach with a good feeling inside. I have no trouble forcing myself to approach girls, but I lack state at that moment. When I don’t feel like it (scared?), the interaction is going nowhere and I eject pretty fast. So if I can keep state during those times, I would improve like a motherfucker! But we’ll see about that later pheromone oils. Pheromones didn’t do much. Had a party which was lame due to bad organisation and shit. Opened some sets, but nothing really happened. At the end of the night I even talked to some guy at a food court who got mad at me and kept telling me ‘Are you being a smartass?’ No clue what the fuck he was talking about.
