Seagate 7200.11 Questions

I have a Seagate Barracuda 7200.11 1000 Gbytes not working anymore even though its inserted to another healthy hard disk dock station still does sound of click click and click click for 6 seconds and stops fully – this is talked about on this blog. Its got pictures and videos around %60 of its capacity. We are not sure about mechanical damage on it as i have a child at home. Would u be able to estimate the cost? I have an Huawei mate 7 that had an operational system failure and I was wanting to recover some pictures, if possible The hard drive has gone on my work laptop. The data is encrypted (using PGP). I have some personal data on the drive that I need to recover. A local engineer was unable to recover the data and says the disk has gone completely. Are you able to help? I have using Redmi Note 3 smartphone. Unfortunately in my inbuilt storage of photos and videos are deleted. So I have to need to recover. Kindly support me. Phone Recovery

I have an HTC Desire 601 (bought SIM free) that managed to do (what appears to be) a factory reset in my pocket. It has no SD card in it. I turned the phone back on once and went through the initial setting set-up but then removed sim and have not used it since. Is it possible to recover contact and photos from the hard drive, and how much would that likely cost? Also I have an iPhone that i dropped on the floor that I need to recover the data from. I have a Samsung galaxy s4 mini which has had a factory reset and we need to recover some photos and videos from it. I dropped my hard drive on a hard floor, which was switched off at the time. On switching it on, the hard drive made a buzzing, but not clicking, sound. On taking the hard drive to a local computer repair shop for examination, I understand the motor head (which spins the platter) is broken.
